The first time I visited a real village was my susral’s village.

I always sleep so peacefully there – After two days in village, all my exhaustion is gone! Desi ghee ke parathay with sarson ka saag has become a great favourite of mine since I started visited my susrali village – now my village too! :)

By the way, Choitram chains always have frozen sarson ka saag – If you are still in Pakistan, maybe you can get your mum to make saag for you, put in airtight containers and freeze it properly! Then you can hand carry it to Dubai – I have seen people bring saag on the plane. Some say they put in booked luggage, but that a bit risky as it can be messy if it melts!

You cant smell it if its frozen. Its good backup to have here for a while once you come back. I may bring some the next time too! Meanwhile, the one I bought here is good enough – nice tadhka and its really good, coupled with a nice desi ghee ka paratha that thankfully I can make! :)

Woh to aik masla hai ji – Aap ke Ahsan bhai is not in favour of guests who are not his direct friends. Meray bhai bhi nahin!

He is just that way. I have a cousin in Dubai from my mothers side – I hardly get to meet her either!

My husband is very conservative actually – so we dont socialise too much that way. The only friends I get to meet are his own! Not mine. :)

Dont worry – I will post pice some time. :P

I have to keep my husband happy first and foremost – Blogs he doesnt mind – personal meetings he doesnt like – sorry about that. :)

Gaon waalay hain – thoda ghairat ka masla ho jaata hai. Its better for him only to meet his male friends in person than me. I can meet females anytime – We are just old fashioned that way. :)

The day we were leaving the goat was standing on the wall and looking at us as she knew what was happening looked sad to me…. but the thing i hate about village is Machar lol there are too many of them
