The youth of Pakistan have to look up the history and background of the leading politicians and leaders and select the right and true leader; that’s a good start. Then they should get highly involved in fixing things around their communities, because if everyone does this than Pakistan will be a much better place =]

Cap, ok for a while we think of choosing a true leader. These days we’ve choice among Zardari, Nawaz Sharif, Munawwar Hassan, Ch. Shujaat, Imran Khan and Altaf Hussain. (these are available national leaders)
If u’re going to choose a leader which leader you’ll choose and why?

I’ll choose Imran Khan for his charisma, will power and loyalty to his people. He seems the best choice amongst all those tried and tested plunderers, turncoats and very mediocre beings.

    My tow cents :)

MZ ill choose none of them because all of them are corrupt and their history is horrible. The case with Imran is that he flips sides too much and just goes along with the flow and that’s not a good sign. Personally i think musharraf was the best president pakistan has ever had as he turned a sailing ship [pakistan in 1999] into a profitable and secure nation. Our current Chief Of Staff; Pervez Kayani is a terrific guy from his stats and is democratic so basically he is our best choice but he is uninterested in politics. Also Shaukat Aziz would be my # 1 choice if he returns to politics as he is one of the best leaders pakistan has produced.

first keep in mind that a leader shoud be true and have the ability to face and control the flow even if he is standing alone. he should be honest to his country. this the basic criterion. and imran khan have all except the important one, the ability to control.
it is very difficult to decide which we have to choose and why? because every thing is blurred.

    zain i agree with you
but in right now in pakistan there is only one person that is actually doing it’s job as a leader and that is kayani [chief of army staff].

I believe the youth need to concentrate on having a more progressive mindset instead of an ignorant and backward one, which is currently the problem with a vast majority of so-called educated youth in Pakistan. Education alone gives nothing to the youth, except for a piece of paper which entitles them to get a job of their liking. The youth of Pakistan, first and foremost, need to be good human beings. They should learn to respect the law, learn to respect the rights of others, and learn that they need to think deep and hard in order to be of good use to their nation.
